From May 5th to May 9th, 2023, we will be offering our most popular Pan-Asian and the Best Filipino dishes, as well as a selection of bespoke cocktails inspired by the islands of the Philippines.

Our Lumpiang Shanghai, crispy fried beef, and vegetable spring rolls served with sweet chili sauce, are our customer’s favourite. Our Tofu Bites, deep-fried tofu cubes tossed in garlic, chilies, and soy sauce, are a popular vegan option. What is Filipino Wagyu Bistek?
Bistek is a popular Filipino dish that consists of thinly sliced beef cooked in soy sauce, calamansi juice, onions, and other seasonings. It is a staple dish in many Filipino households and is often served with rice.
For this special Coronation Weekend celebration, Bintang takes the dish up a notch by using Wagyu beef, a premium beef that is known for its marbling and tenderness. The combination of the rich and succulent meat with the savory and tangy sauce creates a flavor explosion that will surely delight your taste buds.

For your main course, we have a selection of large plates that showcase the best of Filipino and Pan-Asian cuisine. Our Bintang Curry, a rich and creamy seafood curry with prawns, lemongrass, lime leaf, galangal, tamarind, and coconut milk, is a must-try. Our Ulek Curry, a vegan dish featuring aubergine, scotch bonnet, mangosteen, and coconut milk, has a bold and spicy flavour profile. The slow-cooked Filipino Lamb Rendang, with its tender chunks of lamb in a coconut lemongrass curry, is a flavorful dish that will leave you satisfied. And don't forget our Oxtail Kare Kare, a rich and hearty beef stew made with peanut sauce and served with a side of bagoong (fermented shrimp paste) and rice.

And our Pritong Isda, a crispy deep-fried fish served with a side of soy sauce and calamansi (Filipino lime), is a beloved street food dish in the Philippines.

To quench your thirst, we have a selection of bespoke cocktails inspired by the islands of the Philippines. Our Tamarind Gin Sour, made with tamarind, gin, lime, egg whites, and Angostura bitters, has a refreshing and tangy flavor. Our Mocha Espresso Martini, with its mix of vanilla vodka, Mr Black coffee liqueur, espresso, and Milo, is a decadent and indulgent drink. And our Pandan Old Fashioned, made with Marker's Mark bourbon, pandan, and Angostura bitters, has a unique and aromatic flavour profile.
Non-Alcoholic Cocktails
For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, we have a selection of bespoke cocktails made with drinks from Three Spirits. Our Banana Spritz, made with Three Spirit Nightcap, banana, lemon, London Essence white peach, and jasmine soda, has a fruity and refreshing taste. Our Grapefruit No-groni, made with Three Spirit Livener and Social Elixir, grapefruit soda, and grapefruit bitters, has a complex and bitter flavor profile.
